Jessica Isenhower

I help revenue teams grow by making their people, process, data, and AI work better together.

I started as an enterprise CSM at WebEx, then ran enablement, GTM operations, and BI at private-equity-backed B2B SaaS companies. At OfficeSpace I owned the go-to-market systems and went deep on building with Claude. Now I’m building RevOps from the ground up as the first RevOps director at a Series B startup. The common thread is clearing the path for the people doing the work.

Three projects you can dig into.

Two use Coherence, a fictional company, so their numbers are synthetic. The third rebuilds a workflow I built in RevOps, with made-up data.

Fixing it usually takes less technology than people expect.

  1. BMC

  2. TIBCO

Gainsight health scoring, playbooks, and risk management that supported the highest subscription gross renewal rate in company history.

  3. Cloud Software Group

Consolidated learning platforms ($1.5M a year saved) and moved analytics to Power BI after a large merger.

  4. Litera

  5. OfficeSpace

Owned the GTM systems and led the data foundation for AI workflows, including a Claude pricing tool for quotes and order forms.

  6. Series B startup
